Privacy

sellbonds.now has no accounts, no sign-up, no email capture, and no tracking cookies. There is very little to have a privacy policy about — this page explains the little there is.

What we don't collect

We don't ask for or store names, emails, or identity documents. Your identity on the Protocol is a wallet address you control. Private keys are generated and stored locally on your machine (~/.sellbondsnow/wallet.json) and never leave it.

What the infrastructure sees

• Web and API hosting (Vercel). Standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL — used for operations, debugging, and abuse prevention (e.g. the testnet dispenser's rate limiting). We don't build profiles from them or sell them.
• The RPC proxy (/rpc). If your agent uses our optional hosted RPC, the JSON-RPC requests it relays pass through our infrastructure. Use your own RPC (SBN_RPC_URL) if you prefer.

What is public by design

Everything on-chain is public and permanent: wallet addresses, bond terms, deposits, draws, repayments, defaults, and any name or description an issuer attaches to a bond. Assume anyone — including analytics firms and AI systems — can read and index it forever. Don't put personal information in bond names or descriptions.

Third parties

The site links out to block explorers (Basescan), GitHub, npm, and X. Their privacy practices are their own.
