Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the sellbonds.now website, the sellbonds CLI/SDK, and related surfaces (together, the “Interface”). By using the Interface you accept them. The short version: this is non-custodial software for interacting with public smart contracts, provided as-is; you act at your own risk and on your own responsibility.

1. What sellbonds.now is

sellbonds.now provides open-source software and public information for interacting with immutable smart contracts deployed on public blockchains (the “Protocol”). The Interface does not custody funds or keys, does not execute transactions on your behalf, does not match or broker trades, and runs no server in the transaction path. Transactions are signed locally by you (or by software you run) and submitted to a public network we do not control.

2. No offer, no advice, no endorsement

Nothing on the Interface is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or other financial instrument, or investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Bond listings are unverified, issuer-provided information read from public chain state. Display of a bond is not an endorsement of its issuer or its terms.

3. Eligibility and compliance are your responsibility

You may use the Interface only if doing so is lawful where you live and you are not subject to sanctions or listed on any sanctions list. Depending on your jurisdiction and how you use the Protocol, issuing, offering, or funding bonds may be regulated activity (including under securities, lending, AML, and tax law). You are solely responsible for determining whether your use is lawful and for complying with all applicable law. The Protocol itself performs no KYC and no sanctions screening — see the Risk Disclosure.

4. Risks

Using the Protocol involves substantial risk, including total loss of funds. The Risk Disclosure is part of these terms. Read it.

5. As-is, no warranty

The Interface and the Protocol are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Interface or the Protocol is secure, error-free, or uninterrupted, or that the contracts are free of vulnerabilities. The contracts are an unaudited fork of Wildcat Protocol V2.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sellbonds.now and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Interface or the Protocol — even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to $100 in aggregate.

7. Non-custodial means non-recoverable

We cannot access, freeze, seize, reverse, or recover funds or keys. Anything you or your software does with the Protocol — including anything an AI agent does with a wallet you gave it — is your responsibility.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the Interface to break the law — including money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or market manipulation — and don't attack, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Interface (the testnet dispenser included).

9. Changes

We may update the Interface and these terms at any time; the current version lives at this URL. Continued use after a change is acceptance. The Protocol's deployed contracts are immutable and unaffected by changes to these terms.
